Nautical Commerce offers 1-year and 2-year term contract commitments. Most merchants using Nautical Commerce marketplace software solutions are investing in long-term success. Most merchants take advantage of saving 25% with a 1-year term.

The Professional plan offers savings of 40% on a 2-year term commitment.

All our plans only bill on a monthly basis, you are not required to pay the full value of the term in month 1. Your commitment is only to 12 consecutive payments for the agreed upon price.
While merchants are active on a term, prices will not change until the end of the term period, and any changes will be provided with notice before renewal.

Nautical Commerce term pricing is opt-in only for renewals. If merchants do not explicitly renew their term, they will be automatically transitioned to monthly pricing (which will not reflect any discounts).

Merchants on the Professional plan can increase their term commitment at any time to take advantage of a greater discount.

Yes! If you believe we're not the best fit for your business and you’re on month-to-month, you can cancel and close your online marketplace within 30 days of your last payment.

If you’re receiving discount because of a term commitment, you can schedule your store for cancellation and closure for the date your term expires.

Yes! You can easily upgrade from Growth to the Business or Professional price plans at any time grow your online marketplace.

You can also downgrade between from the Business to the Growth plan at any time. If you enjoy a discounted price because of a term commitment, contact our customer service team via support@nauticalcommerce.com, and they will adjust your recurring monthly subscription amount for the remainder of your term.

To downgrade from Professional to either the Business or Growth plans, you will need to speak to your dedicated Success Manager. This plan offers merchants the ability to build a marketplace with our headless storefront APIs, as such, the team can work with you to minimize disruption to your storefront customer experience.

Merchants on the Professional plan can use the easy no-code storefront builder free, in addition to the use of the Nautical Commerce headless storefront APIs. Simple speak to your dedicated Success Manager. Merchants on the Professional plan do not need to downgrade  access to this easy-to-use feature.
